Pokemon - Elric Pokemon Trainer REF

Yes I replaced Matti the Trainer with a new Trainer. Deal with it.


Name: Elric

Age: 16 (on the Ref)

Height: 5'8"

Hometown/Region: Undella Town, Unova

Goal of life: Become a Strong Trainer like his Late Father.

Personality: Elric doesn't fear talking about his past or what happened to his Father. He risks his own life for anyone he cares for and by his side to help are his Pokémon who does the best they can. Elric's only fear is to fail his father and end up on the street as worthless junk. He's been all alone since his Father died as his Mother doesn't help much as she's never around anymore and lives in Johto. The loneliness has made Elric wish he had someone with him. Like a brother.

Backstory: Elric grew up in Undella Town and has lived there his entire life. At the age of 5 his Mother left him and his Father without a word and for a few years the house felt empty as Elric's Father was never able to be around all the time. At the age of 10 he learned to take care of himself that his Father didn't need to come home as often. His Father was a Champion at the Unova League and has been unbeatable for many years. When Elric became 12 things started to act weird around home. His father was home more often than usual but he also never ate the food Elric cooked. This went on for an entire year before Elric comes home from being at the beach at the age of 13 to see a shocking view. His father hung there with a rope strapped around his neck to the ceiling. Elric's first choice was to call the police until he noticed a piece of paper in his father's hand. He takes the paper and reads it for himself.

"Dear Elric. I'm sorry for this to happen... but after my recent loss of my Pokémon in battle I felt empty and sad on the inside. I tried to cheer myself up by being with you... but not even that worked. Words cannot express how sorry I am... but I couldn't take it anymore. Elric... my son... my final wish is for you to become the strongest Trainer who ever lived. I've already got 2 Pokémon ready for you to use... Goodbye..."

After reading this he called the police and had them take the body down. He didn't stay to watch the funeral though as he had to begin his Journey to fulfill his Father's wish. He got a boat ticket to Kanto along with a Cyndaquil and Oshawott. He was ready to become strong. 4 years has passed since he started the journey at the age of 13 and he is now 16. His Team is a mixture of good and bad as he's doing his best to keep it strong and make it grow stronger. He's currently ending his Journey in Hoenn and beginning his Journey in Unova... were it all began.

Rage: met Elric as a Cyndaquil from the start of his Journey. Rage was a quiet Cyndaquil who seemed to always speak in a Japanese Accent. When he evolved however things changed. After only getting hit once he starts to lose control and fire Flamethrowers everywhere and never listening to Elric. Therefor Elric has told him that he cannot evolve until he's proven that he can keep his temper and follow Elric's every order properly. Rage likes Rocky places. Rage misspronnounces L's as R's a lot.

Shellslash: Met Elric as a Oshawott from the start of his Journey. Shellslash was a very ignorant Oshawott who always thought he was the best and the only Pokémon Elric needed. He's always wanted to become a Dewott and dual weld 2 Shell Blades but when he finally evolved he found out that one Shell Blade didn't appear. Shellslash begged Elric to let him evolve again but Elric said that he will only let him Evolve once he's got true strength and started listening to him. Now Shellslash only does what Elric tells him to do but he has plenty of Training left before he's ready to evolve. Shellslash likes Rivers. Shellslash doesn't talk a lot.

Ruco: Has been with Elric ever since he was 6 as a Riolu. Ruco used to be a strong and fearless Lucario until one battle happened. The battle no one speaks of. Ruco came out badly damaged that not even the Pokémon Center could heal it up. During the years Ruco has been getting used to it all and gain all his Power back and the more he trains the stronger he gets. He sometimes even do trainings by himself when Elric is busy training another Pokémon. Ruco likes Fair Fights. Ruco can speak clear English.

Flash: Has known Elric since he was 6 but didn't meet him in person until halfway through his Kanto Journey and caught himself for Elric. Flash got his name for being extremely fast that not even an Extremespeed would be faster. Flash's problems however is that his life goes on an Energy Source that no one can stop and if it reaches Zero he dies. When he gets close to it he needs to take a rest to fill it back up to the max. Elric knows that if he would just evolve there would be no problem with that but Flash refuses to Evolve as he thinks he's good the way he is. Flash likes to show off. Flash talks through Telepathy.

Blade: Met Elric after being being abandoned by his old trainer as a Bisharp. Blade saw himself as strong and fearsome and thought he could take on any Pokémon. That was until he met Ruco who defeated him with no problem. This caused his trainer to get furious at him and threw the Pokéball aside. Now he's part of Elric's team and while he always listens to Elric and never disrespects him he hates Ruco to his guts. He always train to become stronger than Ruco but no matter what he is always a step ahead and still wins. What Blade doesn't know however is that Elric's entire TEAM is stronger than him. Blade likes to win. Blade speaks basic English.

Dragonair: Was given to Elric as a Dratini. This Shiny Dragonair went through a personality change when he evolved. When he was a Dratini he was scared to move or do anything and whenever someone came close he curled up into a ball and shaked. Once Elric finally got him to evolve he became more calm and relaxed. He always had the right things to say to anyone and was always there to cheer someone up when they were sad. Dragonair likes calm areas. Dragonair doesn't speak English but there has been moments were Elric swore he heard an English word or two from him.
